When you place an order or book our café for private hire, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information. We use this information solely to process your orders and bookings.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled securely through Square, and we do not store your payment card details.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment is required at the time of ordering for delivery and collection orders. We accept payments via Square (card payments and Google Pay). For in-café dining and private hire, payment is due at the time of service.
Orders can be cancelled up to 30 minutes after placement for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may not be possible as preparation will have begun. For private hire bookings, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations.
We deliver within a 6-mile radius of our café in Maldon. Use our postcode checker on the delivery page to confirm if we deliver to your area.
Delivery is available on Fridays between 17:00 and 21:30. Orders should be placed at least 1 hour before your desired delivery time.
A flat delivery fee of £2.50 applies to all delivery orders, regardless of order value or distance within our delivery area.
If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Private hire bookings are available for 2-hour slots from 7-9pm. The café is closed on Wednesdays, so bookings are not available on this day.
The hire fee is £45 for 2 hours. This covers exclusive use of the space. Food and drinks are charged separately and must be ordered on the day.
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and any damage to the premises. We reserve the right to end a booking early if our policies are not respected.
We take food allergies and intolerances seriously. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us when placing your order or making a booking.
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, please note that our kitchen handles various allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
If you have a severe allergy, please speak to us directly before ordering so we can advise on the best options for you.
